- 3 ripe bananas
- 500 ml of milk
Optional to decorate or enhance the flavor:
- Honey or sugar (if you want more sweetness)
- Cinnamon powder
- Chocolate chips
- Chopped almonds or walnuts
Preparation:
1. Prepare the ingredients:
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the bananas with the milk.
2. Blend:
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a sweeter consistency, add a little honey or sugar to taste.
3. Cook the mixture:
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes , until the mixture thickens and has a pudding-like consistency.
4. Cool:
- Remove from heat and pour the mixture into small molds or a large container.
- Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Serve:
- Decorate with cinnamon, fresh fruit, nuts, or chocolate shavings.
- Serve cold as a refreshing dessert.
Tips:
- For an extra touch of texture, add fresh plantain chunks just before serving.
